The University of Brighton’s Hastings campus football team have unveiled their provisional squad for the 2015/16 season.
The Panthers endured a disjointed maiden season, impressing in their cup run, which took them to the last 16 of the South Eastern Conference Plate, but stumbling to a disappointing 6th place finish in their league campaign.

And with the loss of several third year senior players to compound matters, manager Tom Dullaway has announced the individuals tasked with improving the side’s fortunes this time around.
Following a successful set of trials last Friday, in which record numbers of students attended to try and stake their claim on the team, 22 players were selected to represent the team in only its second season as part of the University of Brighton franchise.
The squad has a very fresh look to it, with 13 of the 22 members representing new acquisitions to the football club. And the increased numbers will add both depth and competition for places throughout the season, with a maximum of just 16 players permitted in a match day squad.
There won’t be too long for acquaintances to be made, however, with their first league game of the season against the University of Roehampton coming on the 14th of October.
Full Squad List:
Goalkeepers; Matt Milne, Ross Moloney
Defenders; Oli Birch, Martyn Greenstreet, Darcy Hollis, Frank Kehinde, Sam Mitchell, Jamie Phillips, Jason Sodhi
Midfielders; Panny Artemiou, Ryan Daly, Ross, Ellis, Mustapha Gray, Daniel King, Callum Moriarty, Ryan Taylor, Louis Wicks, Sam Willett, Arnold Xhikola
Strikers; Matt Aldridge, Zak Jakubowski, Brian Maka
